Our classes are hands-on!
Roll up your sleeves and get ready to work with our championship BBQ instructors. You’ll work in teams to learn the art of creating award-winning craft BBQ in a fraction of the time. We’ll teach you to cook hot and fast on drum smokers, which produces exceptional results very quickly. Don't worry if you like to cook low and slow, or on a different style of smoker, our recipes and techniques work on all cooker types.
Our small class size ensures you get an immersive in-depth BBQ experience that will accelerate your BBQ to a new level. Whether you want to become a backyard hero, elevate your current game, or learn competition tricks, this class covers it all. Classes are great for all ages and make great guys' night-out trips or date nights!
