About this Event
This class is part of a series dedicated to exploring the healing power of common herbs that grow right in our backyards.
In this session, we’ll focus on the abundant and sun-filled herbs of Summer—plants that thrive in the heat and provide cooling and soothing benefits. You’ll learn about their medicinal properties, how to forage for them safely, and how to create your own herbal remedies.
Throughout the class, participants will have the opportunity to taste and experience a variety of herbal preparations, such as hydrosols, flower essences, tinctures, and food. You'll not only learn how to craft these remedies, but also take home a list of recipes and instructions.
You’ll never look at your backyard the same way :)
About the Instructor: Serda is a clinical herbalist, medicine maker, experienced forager and wild food enthusiast. Through her clinical practice, she offers consultations, personalized herbal remedies, somatic exercises and personalized meditations to invite healing - physically, emotionally and energetically.
