The first clinic each day is focused on technique and endurance, with more hands-on instruction than Clinic 2. Clinic 2 is focused more on starts, finishes, and speed.We HIGHLY recommend students attend both clinics for a well-rounded day of practice. Children enrolled in both clinics will receive a supervised break and a snack!
Current & past students must have reached at least level 5 here, but these clinics are also open to any swimmers - whether they have been to Salem or not!
They will need to be able to swim the full length of the pool with breathing in the stroke of that clinic they want to attend.
Pre-registration is required.
