During worship, the First School Teachers will be commissioned and there will be a Backpack Blessing (any bag, tote, pack). Kristi will have laminated blessing tags that say “BE KIND” that anyone can add to their bag. Please plan to stay after worship for the ICE CREAM SOCIAL. There will be a light meal (sandwiches, chips and fruit) and then make-your-own-sundaes for dessert (ice cream, sauces and fruit). After the meal our confirmation class will meet in Upper Witherspoon with their covenant partners and prayer partners.
