In this one and half hour workshop, we will work on how to get into different back bends, how to adjust and modify the poses so they're accessible for everyone, as well as how to progress your back bend practice. We will go through a warm up for the shoulders, hips and spine before diving right in. If you want to warm up further, join me for the backbend vinyasa flow before the workshop :)
