Welcome to our standard event & booking format – places are free to reserve but a donation of £5 (or whatever you are comfortable with) on admission is appreciated please – every penny goes to specific items for Harrogate Hospital via the HHCC. Debit & Credit cards are accepted on the evening.
If you were an attendee during our first live Vinylsessions events from 2018 to 2020 you may have joined us for what has become an iconic event during December 2019 where ELO and Out of the Blue was our featured album played on vintage audio that had to be bought for just £100! OK that didn’t count restoration costs, but we had an amazing time and many happy memories prior to the covid pandemic of 2020.
If back-to-back Christmas songs on the radio have driven you to distraction, TV choice still nauseating and house guests starting to annoy you after 3 days? Well… here’s a breath of fresh air!
Now we don’t go big on greatest hits compilations but with Jeff Lynne’s Over and Out tour planned for 2025 plus Living Thing and the green dodgem car TV ad -what better album to feature than ELO’s All Over the World? We rock through 20 classic tracks on vinyl as always from the early right up to the 2000 version of Xanadu!
Graham is away with family late December so we will have a “different” guest speaker for the band and album profile and Colin hasn’t given any clues for the audio menu so it’s a bit of surprise – all will be revealed!
As usual the fun starts at 7.30pm, look forward to seeing you as always!
