Back to You is an 8-week life coaching group designed for individuals navigating life transitions, personal growth, and rediscovery. This group offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and realign with intention.Join Sherrod Floyd, LCSW, CEAP, Beverly Simon, LCSW, C-ASWCM and Jean Bonnette, MSW, CPCC for an in-person life coaching workshop designed for those ready to pause, reflect, and realign.

This powerful workshop is specifically designed for:

• Healthcare Professionals (Doctors, Nurses, NPs, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, etc.) experiencing burnout or career fatigue
• Middle-aged adults navigating midlife transitions
• Retirees seeking new purpose and direction

• Meets once per week for 8 consecutive weeks
• Evening sessions from 6:00–8:00 PM
• Weekday evening (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

📅 Dates: Begins the week of January 25, 2026 and ends the week of March 15, 2026
👥 Cohort Size: One group only (inaugural session)
🕕 Time: 6:00–8:00 PM
📆 Day of the week: To be finalized (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) based on participant availability and survey feedback

Participants will be notified of the confirmed day prior to the start of the group.

Additional 8-week sessions will be offered throughout 2026. Beginning with Session Two, two groups per session will be available to provide increased scheduling flexibility. Dates are listed below; specific days and times will be announced closer to registration.

• Session Two: Week of March 29 – Week of May 17, 2026
• Session Three: Week of June 7 – Week of July 26, 2026
• Session Four: Week of August 16 – Week of October 4, 2026
