Saginaw Street and the surrounding side streets will close to regular traffic at 3:00 PM to make room for collector cars and create space for the biggest and best FREE concert ever!
Bring your classic car, wear your favorite concert gear, pack those lawn chairs, and join the fun! Arrive early — there’s plenty to see and do before the music starts.

THE REGULATORS – A Classic Rock cover band from Mid-Michigan. They have a widely diverse set of influences that have brought them together especially for this project. No genre is off limits, but the focus draws on their love and appreciation for Classic Rock that pulls in blues, funk, jazz and country elements that they have grabbed throughout their years of experience. If they stop learning new (old) material, it will be time to hang it up. In addition to being recognized for the quality of their sound, they like to bring out familiar songs that you don’t necessarily get to hear live in local clubs.
