This will be a self-paced workout where we start together and you will complete the workout at your own pace! You can expect a 5-10 minute warm-up, 20-30 minute workout and a short stretching/cool down option at the end. A watch for your workout to keep time is recommended, but not mandatory. We will also do a group run for the last session, where there will be a course sweep, and no runner will be left behind! Following this series, we hope that you will gain confidence to join us at our regular weekly runs and 5k training starting in November.
