📢 Important Information for Woodcrest School Families 📢🎓 Start Dates:
• Prep – Year 6, Year 7, 11 and Year 12: Tuesday, 28th January 2025
• Years 8, 9, 10: Wednesday, 29th January 2025
đź“Ť First Day Info:
• Prep – Year 6 (Tuesday, 28th January): Students go directly to their classes. Staff will be available near the canteen to assist.
• Year 7 (Tuesday, 28th January): Students begin the day with a year-level assembly in the Auditorium.
• Years 8, 9 & 10, (Wednesday, 29th January): Students begin the day with a year-level assembly in the Secondary Hall.
•Year 11 & 12 (Tuesday, 28th January): Students begin the day with a year-level assembly in the Secondary Hall.
đź•— Arrival and Departure:
• Students should arrive after 8:30 AM (8:45am Warning Bell) and leave before 3:15 PM (2:50pm Departure bell) unless attending extra-curricular activities or Homework Club.
đźš— Pickup & Drop-Off:
• Use the Stop, Drop & Go area at the Primary or Secondary entry.
• No parking is available on campus grounds. Please Park in the council car park near Primary Admin if walking your child to class.
• For Secondary students, parents/carers must not drive onto campus grounds unless special permission is granted.
đź“‹ Important Notes for Parents/Carers:
• All visitors must report to Campus Administration or Student Services for sign-in and induction.
• Parents/carers are not permitted to walk through the Secondary Campus unless attending a meeting or appointment.
