WHEN: Week of August 5th through August 9th, 2024
Burns Family Chiropractic Center will be hosting our 23rd Annual "BACK" to School Drive. We are hoping to successfully collect and distribute school supplies for hundreds of needy children throughout the Tampa Bay Area, and we ask for your contribution to this worthy cause!
We ask that you search your heart and donate a generous amount of NEW school supplies. Here are some ideas: Notebook paper, pens, pencils, crayons, erasers, glue sticks, scissors, art boxes, folders, 3-ring binders, lunch boxes, rulers, backpacks and more.
In Exchange for School Supplies:
All Established Patients will receive an Adjustment FREE of charge! (1 visit for the week)
Refer a friend or family member and they will receive a FREE consultation, Chiropractic Exam, Paraspinal SEMG, Thermal Scan, any necessary X-rays, chiropractic adjustment and a Doctor’s Report! (A savings of $375 or more!)
