About this Event

Each school year is filled with opportunities to learn new skills. Many times, the learning happens outside the classroom, too! Join us for some fun and educational opportunities as we discuss how to take on the school year filled with healthy options covering everything from lunchtime to recess, backpacks to sleep! We’ll have doctors and staff ready to share some tips on how to stay healthy as you choose that water bottle, plan your strategy on staying healthy during “cold and flu season,” and coping with the stress and mental health challenges that sometimes rise even during those fun-filled days of learning.
