About the Instructor:
Matthew VanSlyke is a Physical Therapist in Mount Pleasant, SC and owner of VanSlyke Physical Therapy. Matthew bridges his personal experiences as a 5 time marathon finisher coupled with over a decade of clinical experience working with athletes, to provide you with tried and true strategies for enjoying consistent and pain-free running. The workshop will allow you to experience various drills and exercises to help assess your readiness for running.
