About this Event
Join us every Saturday in October at 9am on the Amphitheater Pavilion stage for Habitual Yoga. This is NOT your typical yoga class. In addition to movement, breath, and intention, we incorporate community and connection, creating a space were you can re-connect with yourself and those around you.
This is an all levels yoga class. Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion so that we can support each other in building positive habits of self-care that induce growth both individually, and collectively.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in.
What to bring: comfortable clothes, yoga mat, water, and an open mind ??
Where to find us: walk towards the lake, come over the bridge, we'll be on the amphitheater stage
