About this Event

How can we anchor a reference point of stability within and reach out into the world from a core awareness of Belonging, Trust and Connection?

Breathwork is a supportive tool that may assist in greater awareness of subconscious patterns, a deeper connection to our physical body, catalyse emotional release, and act as a modality of exploration and inspiration, inviting more insight, connection and creativity in our lives.

Working consciously with the breath in a titrated way can assist in nervous system regulation, completion of fight/flight responses and build an increased capacity to be with what may have previously been overwhelming to allow the body to process stored emotion or blockages that keep us in states of stress.

This is a trauma-informed space for deep listening, reflection, curiosity and self-expression. We'll explore ways to anchor into an embodied awareness of safety and coherency through conscious breath and somatic exploration.

How do we create a solid foundation and stability within, to feel safe enough to explore, process and integrate?

How can we navigate with deeper awareness, presence and compassion for the full spectrum of our human experience and understand all the ways in which the body/psyche/nervous system responds to the world around us?

What to expect:

This 2.5 hour journey will commence with opening sacred space and orienting the intentions surrounding our time together. There will then be guided support in welcoming the body/system to arrive and settle into the group container.

The invitation is to then explore movement through a loosely guided conscious movement journey, inviting space to lean into free flowing expression.

This supports us to anchor more deeply in the body and begin the process of unwinding and gently releasing some of the spaces where chronic stress and tension are present.

The next 60-75 mins of our time together will be exploring and presencing with what arises to be met through conscious, connected circular breath. The foundation of this work is the BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System. The main elements of Lianas's approach are

- Meditation

- Conscious Connected Breath

- Movement- (Unwinding)

- Touch work (either to self or consensual touch from facilitators)

- Sound (self-expression, supporting music and instruments)

- Emotional release (this may look like crying, shaking, bodily tingles, vocal expression and all myriad of emotions in between)

There will be plenty of space for integration and then time for optional sharing of your experience with the group if you feel called to do so before we ground and close the sacred space.

About your facilitator:

Liana Conder's greatest passion is guiding and supporting the exploration of the inner landscape, natural somatic impulses, nervous system patterns and protective strategies that show up through our own unique narratives/body/system.

How can we anchor a reference point of stability within and reach out into the world from a core awareness of Belonging, Trust and Connection?

Liarna supports both individual and group fields to meet their edges with compassionate curiosity, welcoming the process of repatterning early imprints whilst simultaneously celebrating our own unique blueprints.

Liana has over 10 years of experience as a breathwork practitioner, conscious movement facilitator and somatic based therapy. Dedicated to providing trauma-informed care and creating nurturing environments , Liana offers one-on-one and group breathwork sessions where you can rest into deep listening and attune to the innate wisdom of your body to create space for greater self-awareness and embodiment.
