The breath is a gateway to freedom and autonomy. It is a reminder of the unity that is our body, mind and spirit and is a way to reclaim control of our wellbeing. This type of breathwork is carefully designed to increase a sense of internal clarity and release tension, anxiety, and emotional blockages. The entire experience is carefully guided through precise and supportive instruction. We will begin with some gentle movement to help establish a centered awareness. Then the instructor will accompany you along a breath journey, that begins with a calm and relaxed breath, and gradually builds the breathing practice to cultivate an intense and elevated state. Somatic and emotional release are a common result of the practice. We complete the practice with a settling and calming breath to leave you feeling clear and calm. Breathwork can:
