Am I doing this right? Although there’s no such thing as a right or wrong way to do a pose, there are different ways of approaching postures depending on your goals, strengths, and weaknesses, that can transform your practice. We don’t always have time in group classes to break down and refine postures for each individual in the room. In this one-hour workshop we will do just that! Expect lots of one-on-one assistance to explore modifications to make postures more challenging and/or more accessible. This workshop is great for beginners wanting to learn postures and also for experienced practitioners who want to move into their practice with more insight and awareness .
