WHAT TO BRING:
Participants will need to

-arrive before 5pm to settle in (10 mins recommended)
-wear comfortable clothes

-refrain from wearing strong scents and perfurms

-BRING THEIR OWN MATS, CUSHIONS, PILLOWS, BLANKETS, EYE MASKS etc.
-bring anything else they need to feel comfortable laying down for 1 hr

Paid Parking is available in the Roots on Whyte Building Parkade,
Discounted parking available with food purchase from grocery store
Paid Street Parking is also available, and free
Yes, if you spend $25 or more at Blush Lane Organic Market (located in the Roots on Whyte building), you can get your underground parkade fee reimbursed for the first 90 minutes, making it effectively free for that initial period. The standard rate is $3 for the first 90 minutes.
