New to yoga or returning after a break? Whether you're starting fresh or picking up where you left off, this 2-part series is designed for you! Join us for a supportive and beginner-friendly introduction to yoga. You can attend either class or both—each session is perfect for newcomers.In these 90 minute workshops, we'll guide you through the basics of yoga, focusing on common postures you’ll encounter in a Vinyasa/Flow class. You’ll have time to practice, ask questions, and receive individual feedback to help build your confidence and deepen your understanding of the practice.
Day 1: Foundational Practices (January 11th)
•Introduction to breathwork and the connection between breath and movement
•Basic standing postures and common sun salutations
•Learn the flow of movement and build a solid foundation
Day 2: Expanding Your Practice (January 18th)
•Dive deeper into standing postures and learn how to engage your core for better stability
•Introduction to backbends and their benefits
•Refine and review sun salutations with personalized adjustments
When: Saturday January 11th and Saturday January 18th from 1:00-2:30pm
Cost: $40/day or $70 for both days
