Event description:
Back to Basics is a training session focused on improving drivers ability to control a car in an oversteer/ understeer scenario.
Drivers of mixed ability from first timers, beginners and intermediate will have the opportunity to practice different techniques around Pheasant wood Circuit.
Track conditions:
‘’BTB” track sessions will feature a consistently soaked track via the newly installed water irrigation system, meaning the whole track will be WET.
Car requirements:
Usual driver and vehicle scrutineering requirements required (sup regs will be provided in discussion)
Additional noise mitigation requirements – vehicles to be fitted with at least 1x muffler and all external waste gates need to be plumbed back into exhaust.
Additional information:
These bookings are perfect for anyone that either wants to learn the basics in a controlled environment, or for those intermediate drivers that wish to practice in wet conditions. These sessions will be a cost-effective way to have a full track experience without the traditional tyre bill you’d find on a dry surface.
