Join the Autumn through Winter – 8-Week Program
Explore Ayurvedic routines and holistic lifestyle practices designed to help you harmonize with the natural rhythms of the season. Together, we’ll prepare the body and mind for the colder months ahead—keeping your energy bright, steady, and resilient as the days grow shorter.
**What to Expect**
* Traditional Hatha Yoga — steady postures to build strength and balance
* Gentle Pranayama (breathwork) — to calm the nervous system and expand vitality
* Calming Meditation — to ground the mind and cultivate inner stillness
* Genuine Community Connection — move, breathe, and grow together
**When:** Sundays, 9:00–10:00 a.m.
**Dates:** November 2 – December 21, 2025 (8 weeks)
**Where:** 456 Brock Ave - Recreation Room (parking and entrance back of building)
**Investment:** $180, or $25 per drop in class ***Spaces Limited***
