About this Event
We gather in sacred space to reconnect through sound, movement, and heart-centered presence. The drum calls us back to the heartbeat of the Earth, the dance awakens what the mind forgot, and ceremonial cacao opens the heart to receive and expand.
✨ The Journey (doors open 1130AM)
1. Opening, Grounding & Cacao Ceremony
– Sip ceremonial cacao to awaken the heart and soften into presence.
– Ground into your body, set intentions, and connect to the collective energy.
2. Drum Sound Healing (Receiving)
– Receive the medicine of rhythm + clearing, aligning, and activating the field.
3. Shamanic Dance & Movement Activation
– Guided movement to release, free the body, and awaken your life force.
4. Collective Drum Circle & Free Dance
– Those who bring drums or rattles are invited to play with the group.
– Move with the rhythms created, merging personal expression with the collective pulse.
5. Integration & Stillness
– Close in silence, allowing the body to absorb, the heart to settle, and the energy to integrate.
Come as you are.
No dance experience needed + only a willingness to feel, move, and return to your natural rhythm.
This is not a performance + it’s a reclamation.
A journey back into the body, where Spirit, Earth, and Heart meet through you.
☀️ We’ll gather in the midday current, when the sun stands at her zenith + a potent window for embodiment and activation.
Noon carries strong solar energy, illuminating the body’s intelligence and awakening our inner light.
