Back Care Yoga Therapy
Join us in person OR online for a chill session of Back Care Yoga Therapy designed to focus on the "Core - 4 muscles" : diaphragm, pelvis, deep abdominal and deep back muscles while regulating your nervous system. By moving slowly, with breath you can work within your daily capacity with increased awareness of yur needs.
Yoga Therapy is trauma informed and accessible to all levels.
Yoga Therapy is for every body!
Come hang out, stretch it out, and give your back some well-deserved love!
