Sponsor Participation Requirements
To help us make the most of this collaboration and maximize your exposure, we kindly ask that all sponsors commit to the following:
- Promote the Event on Social Media Share the Mom Meetup event at least once on your social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, or others) within one week of confirming your sponsorship. ➡️ We’ll provide branded assets and caption suggestions to make this easy.
- Invite Your Community Personally invite your network—whether clients, email subscribers, or local followers—to attend the event. We’ll supply a flyer and registration link for easy sharing.
- Provide 3–6 Graphics for Promotion Send us 3–6 high-quality graphics that represent your brand. These may include product photos, service visuals, team photos, or testimonials. Requirements:
- Instagram: Square format (1080 x 1080px)
- Facebook: Horizontal format (1200 x 628px)
- Please avoid heavy text overlay and keep branding clear and clean.
- Tag & Engage Once we post about your business, we ask that you like, comment, and share the post from your business page or personal profile to help boost reach.
- Optional but Encouraged:
- Provide a small giveaway item or offer (discount code, freebie, or sample) to be raffled or shared during the event.
- Send us a short video (under 60 seconds) introducing your business or sharing why you're excited to be part of the event. This can be featured in Stories or Reels for extra visibility.
