Two men who have had highs and lows in life like all of us who had to confront the challenges of life including their mental wellbeing they had to manage. Loukmaan having understand experiencing acute anxiety and let go of certain coping vices and Alistair who is a suicide survivor living in his truth and journey. Accepting it all and navigating through the new chapters of their lives while saying goodbye to their past and creating new versions of themselves.
