Britten Sinfonia joins forces with Polyphony choir and its founder-director, Stephen Layton. A cast of outstanding young baroque specialists will form the chorus, stepping out for Bach’s glorious solos and duets.
The performance features parts one, two, three and six, which explore the Birth of Jesus, the annunciation to the shepherds, and the adoration of the Christ child by both the shepherds and wise men.
