---------PART 1----------------
Doors 1:45pm
2-3pm Bachata styling for Followers.
Entry £10 (with free entry to Part 2 event)
The focus will be on body isolation, engaging your core muscles to maintain balance and stability. We will also work on body posture and how to adapt your ability when it comes to show flexibility. Rather than a dance practice your session will be more about learning techniques to acquire a smooth experience on the dance floor. This session will be suitable for all levels.

Your 'Sunday Social- Salsa Party' takes place on the 1st Sunday of the month. Join us for a taster dance session before the party starts.
Enjoy a taster session on Bachata with Eddy&Goyo on Sunday 6th April.
