Let's continue our journey into Sensual Bachata by learning the essential moves used on the dancefloor and in combos to make them feel safe and smooth.You don't need to use force, push, pull or throw yourself around to lead and follow. What you need is to understand what the moves are about and master their individual technique.
Please note that you need to attend the 6.30pm workshop covering basic principles and body movement before joining this class.
During this workshop we will cover the following:
- Pinza or chest roll
- Cambre
- Side dip to body roll
- Side waves
We will learn how to use controlled and soft body motions and contra motions by diving into body mechanics and dance techniques.
This is essential for both leaders and followers as each party need to master their own movement to be able to work together and communicate with each other.
