WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS CLASS: Bachata Dancers with at least 2 years of social dance experience, who can comfortable lead and follow body rolls, double turns, stay on beat to the music constantly , have a solid lead and follow technique, they keep their balance and who currently feel comfortable on the dance floor.
Every Class starts with a warm sequence using moves from OC salsa Beg to Int level syllabus and techniques to make sure everyone is at the right level. Students who did not evaluate from Intermediate to advance level with OC Salsa can consider the first day class as evaluation where the instructor will let you know after class whether you can join in the class or not.
DETAILS: Each class will cover mostly elements of Bachata Sensual (body Movement partner work), Urban Bachata (Turns and dance combinations) with a bit of Dominican Style Bachata (Footwork and syncopation)
GOALS: To get intermediate dancers confidence and tools to grow as advanced social Bachata dancers through learning new challenging moves like body rolls, movement manipulations (Bachata Sensual) , rhythm, musicality, syncopation (Dominican Style), styling while perfecting and improving lead and follow techniques.
COST: Free for members, $20 per class , 10 for $149. Punch Card (can be used at any class at the studio, or Free when signing up for our $129 monthly classes at www.estebanconde.com/members. Students paying monthly can attend all Salsa Bachata Classes Parties and Bootcamps.
