Grefsenkollen is a place where you can social with friends and family, either you are dancing or not, in that wide open area, there are plenty of space for everyone. Is always good to seat outside get some fresh breezy air when you taking a break or simply you wanna take a moment to be outside the lavoo.
I am organising this is to offer this beautiful location for those who wanna experience dancing semi outdoor during winter time^^
there will a bon fire inside the tent so it won't be extremely cold but bare in mind you still need proper warm layer as it is in the middle of the winter.
Dance floor
ladies, I am sorry heels not a good option, first is because it will be kinda cold, second is the outdoor wooden planks with tiny little gap in between, so I will recommend dress up like how you would go to cabin. dance sneaker should work perfectly fine too, but wools sock please!
How much it cost?
kr, 120 (if you wonder why is more expensive in winter, we have to cover fire wood, electric and etc) I am trying to make this as affordable as possible so that everyone can be part of it, and please support the Kiosk(Kakao, waffle, soda, pizza and etc)
For this venue it is belong to a restaurant and I am the current head chef there, by that mean no outside foods and drinks allowed in side the vanue, however your can bring your own water bottle to refill, there will be place where you can buy hot and cold beverage, waffle and etc. if you fancy for a proper lunch you can go into the restaurant for a proper meal. kitchen close at kl 1700 !!

with a fire place in the middle of the tent I am reminding you(leader) take extra care of your dance partner ^^
Who is Playing? music?
I am very lucky and honoured to have DJ Tron to play for this event, we will play different style of bachata music according to the vibe, if there is a need of heat and passion to warm up the cold space we can play few SALSA too. just ask nicely to our awesome DJ.
How to get there?
there will be public Bus 56B depart from Storo every 30 mins from 0945 -1745, or else walk or ski ( like a true Norwegian in winter).
