This class is aimed at improver / intermediate dancers - however, as always, we provide adjustable content to suit a range of skill levels, in a laidback environment with plenty of one on one feedback ?
No matter the level we will always work on our fundamental dance techniques, including frame, holds, tension, weight transfer, and body movement to improve your lead and/or follow.
