An exciting invitation to singers to join the Chiltern Arts Festival Chorus, under the direction of David Hill MBE (Musical Director of the Bach Choir and former Chief Conductor of the BBC Singers) and with the expertise of organist Stephen Farr, to rehearse and perform a selection of cantatas by Bach and those who inspired him, all in one day!Provisional Outline Schedule for the Day
10am Registration, welcome and music collection
10.30am–5pm Working with David and Stephen on the music (with breaks; schedule tbc)
5–7pm Break for dinner
7.30pm Concert
More information regarding repertoire and a more detailed schedule for the day will be available soon. There may also be optional additional rehearsals (dates tbc) for those who wish to attend in advance of the day.
