Our Infinite Women sessions in the South Ribble area for September will be focusing on Bach flower remedies. All ladies are more than welcome to join us!
Bach Flower Remedies are a system of 38 flower-based tinctures developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s, intended to address emotional and mental well-being. They are used to help manage various emotional states, such as anxiety, stress, and low mood.
Bach flower remedies are prepared by infusing flowers in water and preserving the mixture with brandy.
Each of the 38 remedies is associated with a specific negative emotional state and is believed to help balance that emotion.
Rescue Remedy:
This is a popular combination remedy, Rescue Remedy, which combines five of the essences and is used for acute situations of stress and upset.
Ann Mourby will be our guest speaker and is a qualified Homeopath who will share the history of Bach Flower Remedies and how to use them.
