Our Infinite Women session in Preston area for August will be focusing on Bach flower remedies.Bach Flower Remedies are a system of 38 flower-based tinctures developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s, intended to address emotional and mental well-being. They are used to help manage various emotional states, such as anxiety, stress, and low mood.
Bach flower remedies are prepared by infusing flowers in water and preserving the mixture with brandy.
Each of the 38 remedies is associated with a specific negative emotional state and is believed to help balance that emotion.
Rescue Remedy:
A popular combination remedy, Rescue Remedy, combines five of the essences and is used for acute situations of stress and upset.
Karen will cover the session in Ingol and will share the history of Bach Flower Remedies and her personal experience of using them for the past 30+ years.
