Join us for a cozy evening at Love & Peace Studio to learn about the Bach flower essences. Carly will be teaching us about the 38 Bach flower remedies and how we can easily integrate them into everyday lives to experience more joy, peace and acceptance of ourselves and the world around us.
Flower essences are vibrational medicines, essentially working with the energy of plants to bring harmony to our emotional states of being. They help to re-establish a connection with your soul, your inner guidance system while restoring our life force energy. There's a flower essence for the entire spectrum of challenging emotions- guilt, fear, resentment, anger, frustration, fatigue, doubt, confusion, sadness, despair. Upon taking the relevant essence, the negative emotion 'dissolves away like snow in the sunshine', as Bach would say. Your energetic field will experience a restructuring and repatterning in a way that allows you to finally feel like yourself again.
