Childbirth is an exciting and sometimes challenging journey. Our community childbirth education program is here to provide you with an understanding of the childbirth process.
Our educators will provide an overview of:
• The labor and birth process
• Relaxation and breathing techniques
• Coaching skills and the role of the partner
• Anesthesia/analgesic options
• Vaginal and cesarean births
• Postpartum expectations
What to expect:
• An In-Person Childbirth class with a nurse educator and Q&A session.
• A digital copy of the childbirth education book will be sent the day before class.
We suggest that you use Google Chrome as your web browser when registering.
Ticket Quantity - Please note that one (1) ticket is valid for two (2) people.
For example: 1 ticket (for 2 people) equals $165.00
Please bring your own snacks, drinks, etc.
Class will be held in Training Conference Room (TCR) 4&5
Parking Validation: ONLY garage parking ticket will be validated. Please bring your ticket to class. Valet Parking will NOT be validated.
Refund policy
Cancellation refunds are available upon written notice to [email protected] within 24 hours prior to the event date. Cancellations are subject to a reduced rate of $10 due to incurred cost for digital copy book.
