About this Event
This class is designed for Hillsborough County residents only who are either expecting or have a baby ages 0-24 months old. Parents with children up to age 5 years old are also welcome to come and learn!
Child care will be provided during the class for children over 12 months of age. Infants may stay with the parent in the class.
We will cover a variety of safety topics such as SIDS and how to lower your baby's risk of SIDS both during pregnancy and after birth, Safe Sleep recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, and how to recognize and prevent Shaken Baby Syndrome.
After the class, everyone will receive resources and gifts for attending. There will also be a raffle for additional gifts.
