The sold out shows in Manchester have featured acts like The Orielles, Afriquoi, HENGE and Honeyfeet - proper gigs for grownups that the kids enjoy too!
We’re bringing the awesome Stealing Sheep to Accrington Town Hall on Sunday 27th October, to round off the Enlighten events.
It’s our first Baby Rock Sampler outside Manchester and the band are back with a superb new show…

You might remember that the band also played our very first matinee show, so we’re well chuffed to be able to put them on again!

A performance by local-born solo violist David Aspin from Opera North will also be taking place from 12pm at the entrance to the Town Hall.
About Baby Rock Sampler shows:
Expect a fun, playful, festival atmosphere, with promenaders, face-painting, crafts and other bits to keep the kids entertained before blowing their minds with live music by a brilliant touring act. We provide ear defenders for kids and soft flooring for the little ones. Capacity and volume is lower than a normal show, plus the lighting is brighter, to make things more welcoming for little ones.
Tickets:
We have a limited number of £9 (plus booking fee) early bird tickets for adults and those age 12 year and over. Full price tickets are £10 (plus booking fee).
Under 12s are free but must have a ticket. All kids must have an adult with them. No adults allowed in without a child.
About the venue:
The gig will be upstairs in the ballroom of Accrington Town Hall. There is a small lift to the floor and ramp between the gig space and toilets. If you have specific access or other queries please contact us. We’ll have plenty of pram parking onsite in a room downstairs. The building is 5 mins walk from the train station and bus terminal, but there is also free parking nearby on Sundays.
The bar will be open and a full range of alcohol and soft drinks will be on hand. We’ll also have a tuck shop on site for kid-friendly snacks.
Please note this is a gig for parents/carers in a child friendly setting, but not strictly aimed at the kids. Ear defenders will be provided, but there will be a limited amount. Please bring a pair if you have some!
