Strap on your babe and let’s dance! Appropriate for any age that enjoys babywearing, this class will make you break a sweat while connecting with other baby-wearing mamas. The dances are designed for an easy-to-follow pace while baby gets to bounce along, and finish on the mat for a 10 minute stretch/cooldown. Bring a comfortable and supportive baby carrier, wrap or sling, your yoga mat, and you can wear sneakers or attend bare foot!
