Join us for this session on baby massage with a guest speaker - guiding and teaching us on the day*.
Participation is encouraged, so please bring as many of the following items to join in:
- a towel or bunny rug to lie your baby/toddler and a small pillow for baby’s head or upper body
- a cushion for you to sit/or lean against the wall with
- some non-scented oil like grape seed, almond, olive or any vegetable oil
Find us in the Sunshine Room at the Howrah Community Centre - look for the signs pointing the way to ABA. Tea and coffee (dairy milk) and a light morning tea is provided. There is a secure outdoor play area for toddlers and other children.
There will be an opportunity to speak one-to-one with a breastfeeding counsellor should you need.
*Guest speaker presentations may include information not in accordance with ABA policies and position statements.
Joining ABA is NOT required to attend - this info and chat discussion is a freely available community service.
