Your ticket includes an unique and relaxing goat yoga event with stretching, relaxing, and playing with baby goats. This is an one hour class perfect for those with no yoga experience, to beginners, or experienced yogis looking for something fun. There is lots of time after class for pictures, poses and snuggles with the goats, The class will be taught by certified yoga instructor, Kelly Edwards Moorehouse, from Green Space Yoga.
The goats love walking through your legs or underneath you while in different poses. The babies love to jump on your back or into your lap for some serious baby goat love and snuggles.
What to bring: You will want to bring a towel or yoga mat and a bottle of water.
What to wear: Since the babies like to jump around during class, we suggest wearing a t-shirt. Avoid wearing dangling jewelry and those with long hair will want to bring a hair tie or hat.
