
About this Event
Each of our Baby Food Basics workshops share the skills and build the confidence you need, to make your own nutritious and healthy food. Learn about when and how to introduce new foods, food safety, and use equipment for making food from scratch.

• Healthy eating habits for the whole family

Registration is required for a guaranteed spot, call (416) 393-7674. Space is limited for drop-in. This program is intended for guardians and children. Registration through eventbrite is for notification only and will not guarantee a spot.
