It’s never too early to start planning for the arrival of your bundle of joy, especially since that preparation can be stressful.This summer, The Maternity Center at South Texas Health System® is hoping to help alleviate some of that stress for expectant mothers at our second annual Baby Bump & Beyond Expo. Held at South Texas Health System Edinburg, the FREE expo will include special presentations aimed at addressing concerns about the labor and delivery process, as well as caring for your baby — and yourself — once they’re born. Topics will include infant health, breastfeeding, care post-delivery, adjusting to parenting, and mental health and postpartum depression.
