BABY BARRE EVENT ❤️🩰✨ Enjoy a fun filled afternoon while strengthening your body, mind and bond with bubba!
• Barre class led by a physiotherapist. Ballet meets Pilates with this low impact yet high reward class, no prior experience needed! All abilities welcome.
• Followed by a short stretch/yoga class to help ease off any of those post-partum aches and pains
• Then it’ll be time for charcuterie boards and drinks! A chance to relax for a bit and meet other mums!
Then get a little gift bag at the end filled with treats for you and bubba 🫶
Bring bubba along with you, meet new friends or come along as a group!
Mums and dads welcome 🫶
£40pp includes all food, drink and gift bags!

(Classes will be finished by 1.30pm, the rest of the time is to relax! You can stay for as little or as long as you’d like afterwards!)
Bubba must be between 6 weeks and 18 months 🫶
