For Newborns to Pre-Crawlers and Their CaregiversThis gentle, nurturing class is designed for caregivers and babies (newborn to pre-crawling) to move, breathe, and bond in a supportive space.
Together, you'll explore simple poses, calming breathwork, and playful interactions that promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being for both baby and caregiver. Grown-ups can expect gentle movement, light stretching and strengthening, and moments of rest. Babies will benefit from soft, intentional movements that support motor development, digestion, and sleep—while connecting through touch, voice, and eye contact.
Feeding, diaper changes, and baby naps are always welcome here—this is a judgment-free space made to meet you both where you are. No yoga experience needed.
Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and refreshed.
