Baby & Me Yoga is a fun and supportive class for parents, caregivers, and infants. The practice incorporates strengthening exercises that help build inner core strength, stretching the upper body to help release tension in the neck and shoulders, which are common areas of discomfort for caregivers, and relaxation to help you unwind from the long days.
