Moms, dads, caretakers all welcome to meet us at the barre with your favorite little humans. Babies 2-12 months are welcome. We will enjoy an all-levels friendly barre class using the babies as extra weight, so make sure you bring a backpack or baby wrap!You'll be wearing your baby for the first half!
A baby blanket is encouraged as well. Mats and other props are provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat!
Caitlin, Barre Instructor and mom of 1, is looking forward to helping you work up a sweat and bond with your little one!
