This fun and relaxed 2-hour class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn some basic first aid skills, while giving everyone the chance to ask questions and get as involved as much as they like, so that everyone leaves with the knowledge and confidence to act quickly and calmly in an emergency.The class is suitable for parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, babysitters, family and friends. Babies under 1 year old are most welcome to come along too!

Recovery positions for adults, children and babies
Resuscitation & CPR for adults, children and babies

Febrile seizures
