This class is for newborns up to babies 1 year old and their parent/friend/guardian. In this class, there are yoga exercises just for babies based upon their individual levels of development, yoga postures for the adult companions which incorporate the babes, songs, gentle movement, infant massage and quiet time. Come and meet your community of babies and friends through this fun and playful approach to yoga with your little one!We will hold this series indoors at the West Asheville Yoga Studio.
This is a series, you must register and pay for all 6 classes. The series is non-refundable once it starts.
