Baby and Me Yoga

This class is ideal for pre-crawling babies.

Baby and me yoga includes various exercises that assist the development of your child’s motor skills. This class will help carry you smoothly through the busy early months of caring for a new baby.

Class is Included with paid admission to The Den. Entry to The Den is $15 for the first adult, $5 for adults within your family after that. $10 for the first child (over 12 months) and $5 for any kiddos within your family after that.
